Your Committee organised a dinner for Conveners and their wives/partners,
as a way of thanking them for their assistance for last year.
The dinner was held at the Hamilton Caledonian Bowling Club on Saturday
16th January. In addition to the conveners and their wives/partners, and your
Committee, Provost Russell Clearie and the Hamilton Caledonian president
Charlie Duguid and their wives also attended.
Entertainment was provided by a keyboard player, and some of the company
enjoyed a dance. The evening was voted a success. Thanks go to Roy Evans for
organising the evening.
